Ok, now here’s a gear shift.

I’ve been taking a few of my acoustic folk songs and reimagining them as eclectic electro pop tunes.  The one that I’m posting here is originally a finger-picked down-tempo sweetish acoustic song called Waiting For You.  Using primarily Fruity Loops and Cubase, I took the original lyrics and melody and created an entirely new song that I’m calling W8ing For You (schmaltzy, I know).  Definitely an experiment for me, but if you want to hear the original version you can find it at www.reverbnation.com/eligeddis.

Don’t know if I’m going to credit this one to theoddtopsy or not.

Might as well.  Cheers!
